  • 401(k) Plan. Our 401(k) plan allows you to contribute a portion of your earnings, pre-tax, to build up retirement savings. Dr. D invests in our employees' future by matching contributions at $.50 on every $1, up to 4 percent of eligible earning.
  • Life Insurance Plan. Dr. D pays for life insurance coverage for all full-time employees.
  • Pre-Paid Legal Services. Dr. D looks out for our employees. Should you ever need legal or identity theft services, you'll have access to a legal professional, 24 hours a day, at a discounted rate.

  • Dr. D Gives Back. Make a direct impact in our local community! Each paycheck, employees are invited to volunteer a small portion of their earnings. Contributions are pooled together and given as a donation each month.
  • Charity of the Month. Help out your fellow Dr. D family members in need. Employees have the option to make payroll deduction donations to this fund, which supports other members of our family when they're in need. After Hurricane Katrina, Dr. D employees donated $543,300 to help fellow employees rebuild their lives.
  • Charitable Events. Dr. D works many special events, whether to raise funds or simply say thank-you.
